We have a very unique vintage item. It is untested . It is a General Electric testing device for watt hour demand . Type: M-30

Has a wood base. Comes with Metal case.
It does need cleaning and has a lot of dust . There is rust in some areas especially around the faceplate.
The case is metal and heavy. It does need cleaning as well. The strap is leather but has a lot of wear and very hard and fragile. There is a splash of paint on the side of the case that will need cleaning as well.
Would be neat for collector or someone who wants a unique desk decoration.
