    This is a stunning 1 1/2 inch celluloid button and ribbon dated July 17, 1948 from the Jay and Wilton FIREMEN's FIELD DAY event in Wilton, Maine. Although the ribbon is slightly faded, the red, white, and blue with gold lettering shows well and is attached to a firemen's symbol on the button with Russell Manufacturing Company of Wakefield, MA on the backpaper which is clean and intact ... in excellent condition.
