    Found them both together and they are both going together.  The badge is crude really crude.  Badge is heart shaped and is marked on the front schenectady fire department 15.  No markings on the backside of it. On the front of the ribbon it is neptune hose co no 3 schenectady ny at watertown aug 19 22 1890.  I am not sure if the pin is original to it.  Seems out of place.  The length of the ribbon is roughly 8 inches.  Nice vintage lot.
