An 8 1/2" x 14" Official Bulletin Sent from the Commissioner's Office Dated January 27, 1932.
Official Bulletin #2 of 1932.
Relating to "concerning matters of interleague interest or concern" and sent to all teams shows all transactional movement during this timeframe of middle December 1931 to the middle of January 1932.

CONDITION:
This is a stamped signature of O'Connor. Staple holes at upper left with horizontal crease at middle from folding, some border and edge & corner wear and some mild toning from ink around the type. Slight surface scratching and toning throughout, minimal wear to corners and borders, save any previous description. Please examine photos closely.
